Kidding Around Yoga on 30A





30A Kid’s Yoga brings mindfulness, yoga, playfulness, and FUN to your child’s life! We share the tools to enable children to use their creative minds, listen to their bodies, and tap into their hearts to bring peace into their lives.  

We use the Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) curriculum designed to motivate children to be active, build confidence, and manage the spectrum of emotions that they experience in their day-to-day activities. KAY is stress management for kids! 


We travel to various yoga studios,schools, churches, and gyms. We even offer a class on the beach!

Yoga is also beautiful skill to help your child ease the transition to a more calming and peaceful state before your bed-time routine and is proven to improve the quality of sleep.




We accommodate to all age groups and teach to the skill level and age of each student!
